Docutrieve is digital document
management, which decreases the need for paper documents.
Real estate professionals can scan and store documents
in multiple formats, search for documents, and has email
and fax capabilities. Docutrieve enables users to communicate,
collate, and close transactions in an easy, efficient
manner. A powerful tool that is packaged with TGExpress,

Indepth |
A document management system allows
electronic storage and retrieval of documents pertinent
to a real estate transaction. Documents created through
settlement service systems, electronic documents received
by email, or items received in paper form can be uploaded
to the transaction. Documents are saved in its native
format and multiple versions of the same document are
saved to track revisions or updates. Documents are sorted
into predefined folders by parties to the transaction
(i.e. Seller Agent Documents, Buyer Agent Documents
etc.) for retrieval ease. Access to view documents is
set by a security model. Documents can be delivered
by email or faxed with the appropriate software. It
is simple to learn, and it is simple to train your clients
on how to use.
